What is a Compliance Specialist?
Don’t worry; we will train you! We know that you may not have much experience, so every new hire is taken through a rigorous training program to make sure he or she is productive and successful.
How does the training work?
As a new hire, you will be put through a training program to be successful in your position. There is a 90-day introductory period for all new associates.
Training will consist of formal classroom-type instruction, followed immediately with hands-on application. You will learn about the company, our industry, and our clients. We will teach you the big picture.
There is always more training! You will continue to learn the company products and services, as well as receive industry knowledge.
What are the hours?
With a company vision of good work/life balance, we try to keep consistency.
Normal office hours are typically 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
You can start anywhere from 7:00 AM until 8:30 AM.
Lunches can be 30 to 60 minutes long depending on your preference.
There will be occasional mandatory overtime. Often, however, overtime is offered on a volunteer basis, generally starting earlier in the morning as our customers, clients, and a majority of municipalities with whom we communicate are in the eastern time zones.
Occasionally, Saturday morning overtime may be required.
What is the office environment like?
We work hard and are always looking for ways to improve ourselves and our products; however, we love finding reasons to celebrate our wins and successes.
Phones: Calling is required to utility companies, municipalities and customers, so people are generally outgoing. We treat each other as adults and with respect.
Our company culture consists of always improving and being better than the day before.
What does the position pay?
Our starting (training) pay is highly competitive.
After 90 days, you will be given a review and a possible pay raise depending on your performance during your introductory period. As you grow, improve, and expand your abilities, your pay can increase.
