BRON handles all communications with utility providers, maintains utility billing, and manages utility paperwork.
Verifications
Bron will contact all prospective utility providers for the properties in question to verify which company provides each utility to your properties. The verification process also confirms current status of the utility account and will provide any information on outstanding balances where applicable.
Activations
Bron will communicate with utility providers to have accounts opened and services activated. Bron will also receive all mailed correspondence and bills for maintenance.
Disconnects
When a property is sold, or utility services are no longer required, Bron will contact the utility providers to ensure accounts are closed, servicecs are disconnected, and final billing statements are paid.
