First and foremost, our Bron family is well, and we hope this is the case for you, your business associates, and your families.
As of March 19, 2020, the Governor of the State of California issued an Executive Order requiring all individuals living within the state to stay home or at their place of residence except as needed to maintain the continuity of operations for the federal critical infrastructure sectors. Based upon this governmental restriction, Bron has instituted its Business Continuity Plan to safeguard our associates and our communities. Bron’s highest priority is the well-being of our associates, and our ability to service or clients.
Be assured that Bron already has an emergency contingency plan in place that has been deployed to continue our Operations using a combination of telecommuting options, modified in-office work schedules and redundant locations in California and Texas. In addition, we want to assure you that this emergency plan maintains our current security protocol for all Client systems access and financial instruments.
Bron has locations in California and Texas. These sites service as redundant locations for all critical business functions. Those employees working in the California office will be working remotely, while the Dallas associates will continue to work from the Bron location. Those associates working remotely will utilize Bron-issued equipment pursuant to our pandemic preparations. However, they will not have access to Bron’s client systems during this time. This will not prevent us from performing our contractual services on behalf of our clients.
Bron’s Business Continuity Plan provides the necessary procedures and resources to continue with the safe operation of the company, in order to provide best in class service to our clients.
